Our campground is located at the southern bank of the river Elbe between the federal states Hamburg, Niedersachsen and Schleswig-Holstein.

Due to the good link of Autobahn (freeway) you are able to get to Hamburg City, Lüneburg or Lauenburg within 30 minutes. The Baltic Sea is only 100 km far away. 

Approach from the south:
Please leave the A7 in “Maschen“ and take the A39 towards Hamburg City. Leave the freeway in “Handorf” and take the B404. Please leave the B404 in front of the great bridge at “Rönne” and take the direction towards “Stove“. Once you reached ”Stove“ look for the shields leading to the “Stover Strand“. Please follow the road on the dike till the end.

from the West:
Please switch from the A1 to A7 and then to A39 in “Maschen”. The following description is as mentioned above.

from the North:
Take the A25 leading to Geesthacht and then switch to the B404 in direction to „Lüneburg“. After you passed the bridge please leave the B404 and take the road to “Stove”. The following description is as mentioned above.

from the East:
Take the A24 and leave it in “Schwarzenbeck“. Then drive to “Geesthacht” and take the B404 once you got there. The following description is as mentioned above from the North.

by bus:
Once you got to Hamburg central station please watch out for the train S21 towards “Aumühle” and leave it in “Bergedorf”. Then take the train towards “Rönne” (or “Geesthacht” and then “Rönne”). When you arrived in Rönne you can either call a ASM (cheap taxi- 0049(0)4177/250) or take the bus towards “Winsen” and leave it in Elbstorf. It is also possible to take the train to “Winsen” when you arrived in Hamburg and then either take the bus or call the taxi.

by ship:
If you own a ship you are able to drive directly to our harbour. Sometimes there are bigger ferries coming to us from Hamburg harbour.
